position Accounts & Admin Executive
requirement Job Description
  • To handle full set of accounts
  • Responsible for monthly GST preparation and submission
  • Preparation of cheques, invoicing and payment
  • Handling petty cash and expenses reimbursement
  • Preparation of financial report and budget
  • Handle to filing, keep record, assuring accurate documents filing
  • Responsible for auditing reporting
  • Process monthly payroll including overtime and staff claims
  • Liaise with auditors, bankers and government authorities when necessary
  • Handle general office duties and administrative tasks
Job Requreiments
  • Candidate must posses at least Diploma / Degree in Accounting
  • At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Required language(s) : English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Required skill(s) : MYOB and Microsoft Office
