To Members of the Selangor Bar,





The Selangor Bar Committee will be meeting the Managing Judge of Criminal High Courts (Selangor) together with the 'Pengarah Pendakwaan Negeri Selangor' to discuss matters relating to the practice of Criminal Law (High Courts) on 15th August, 2017.

 

In order to have a meaningful and effective dialogue, we request Members to provide feedback on issues relating to Criminal Law Practice (High Court).



The Selangor Bar Committee will discuss the feedback obtained, and collate the issues to be brought to the attention of the Managing Judge of Criminal High Courts (Selangor) and the 'Pengarah Pendakwaan Negeri Selangor'.



The Selangor Bar Committee maintains a policy  of privacy and confidentiality of the firms and practitioners raising  such practice issues to be raised at the said meeting.
