- Called to the Malaysian Bar;
- Experience in Civil Litigation and Debt Recovery will be an advantage;
- Good drafting, research and advocacy skills;
- Able to handle and conduct files with minimal supervision;
- Able to independently draft pleadings, affidavits, submissions, correspondence and other legal documents;
- Able to attend Court for Mentions, Case Managements, Mediations, Hearings and other proceedings;
- Able to liaise effectively with clients, the Court, opposing solicitors and other relevant parties; and
-Responsible, committed and able to work independently.
