Requirements
- To handle SPA and loans files for direct purchase with sub-sales, perfection of transfer and charge or discharge matter and any other matter related to conveyancing
- Able to independently handle of conveyancing matter and legal documentations of sub-sales matter.
- Corresponding, attending and communication with all parties including clients, bankers, agents, developers, auditors and various government bodies
- Required to handle conveyancing, banking, loan documentation and corporate matters
- Able to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines and also able to work in a team
- Monitor and follow-up closely on work progress for files, preparing status report and update work progress/status
- Perform other tasks or work assigned by the firm from time to time and as and when required

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years experience as a practicing lawyer in Conveyancing
- Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Meticulous, fast learner, can handle files with minimum supervision;
- Independent, Responsible, Positive Working Attitude, Self motivated & good
interpersonal skill and a good team player.
