Job Purpose:
Represent client in corporate legal matters, draw up legal document sand manage or advise client son legal trasactions with the aim of protecting client's interest consistent with the Firm's objectives and Client's satisfaction.
Job Task/Activities:
1. Draft legal documents covering service level agreements, merger and acquisition, joint venture, concession agreements and any incidental and acillary to the works of a corporate lawyer.
2. Examine, vet and peruse instruments drafted by other lawyers and advises clients as to legal and commerical viability of the agreement.
3.Research background information related to legal issues, gather records and files, and put information together.
4. Draft rountine contracts or legal agreements and dispense advise and opinions relating to corporate and commercial matters.
5.Liaise, coordinate and assist clients and fellow solicitors relating to legal matters.
6.Attend meetings and discussions with respective partners to discuss or report any matters related to work and so forth. |
