Requirement:-
- Able to handle SPA and Loan files, Perfection of Transfer and Charge / Discharge matters
- Familiar with conveyancing documentations and bank portals
- Able to handle Probate and Letter of Administration
- Able to multi-task with good personality and hardworking
- Highly independent, meticulous and strong attention to details
- Minimum 2 to 3 years experiences
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage.
