- To assist Partners, able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to draft Sub-sale and Purchase Agreement independently
- Familiar with banking documentations
- Expected to liase with clients (including Banks) and government authorities
- To attend to clients and other legal works assigned by firm
- Other works assigned by Partners of the Firm

Requirement
- Possess valid practicing cert
-1 to 3 years experience in conveyancing practice
- Possess strong legal skill and able to multitask
- Have a diligent and hardworking attitude
- Must have good sense of time management to complete tasks on time and meet the right datelines
- A good team player and able to work well with the team
