- To assist the Partners, able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to draft Sub-Sales and Purchase Agreement independently
- Familiar with banking documentations
- Expected to liaise with clients (including banks) and government authorities
- To attend to clients and other legal works assigned by firm

Requirement
- Possess valid practicing cert
- 1 to 3 years experience in conveyancing practice
- Possess strong legal skills and able to multitask
- Have a diligent and hardworking attitude
- Must have good sense of time management to complete task on time and meet the right datelines
- A good team player and able to work with the team
