- Assist in all other related conveyancing matters such as discharge of charge / receipt and reassignment, SPA, tenancy agreement / CKHT submissions and etc.
- Able to attend and communicate with clients, bankers and related parties
- Able to work and complete task with minimal supervision or willing to learn & able to complete jobs within timeline
- Able to follow instruction, is responsible & proactive
