- To assist the Partners, able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to draft Sub-sales, Sale and Purchase Agreement independently
- Familiar with banking documentations
- Expected to liaise with clients (including banks) and government authorities
- To attend to clients and other legal works assigned by firm
- Other works assigned by Partners of the Firm
