- To assist in handling legal documents in matters of Project, sub-sales, loan, discharge, perfection of charge, perfection of transfer, and other conveyancing matters;
- To assist in preparing and attending to legal documents relating to conveyancing from the
initial stage until the completion stage;
- To assist in liaising with our client, bankers, agents, developers, and various government b
odies if necessary;
- To assist in attending to clients, signing, correspondence, inquiries etc.
