Job Description
- Able to independently handle of conveyancing matter and legal documentations of sub-sales matter.
- Required to handle conveyancing, banking, loan documentation and corporate matters.
- Corresponding, attending and communication with all parties including clients, bankers, agents, developers, auditors and various government bodies.
- Monitor and follow-up closely on work progress for files, preparing status report and update work progress/status.
- Perform other tasks or work assigned by the firm from time to time and as and when required.

Conveyancing Lawyer (Sub-sale)
- At least with 2-year experience
- Age below 35 years’ old
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Good interpersonal skill
- Possess sense of commitment to job responsibilities
- Possess own transport
