- Able to independently handle home sub-sale and auction transaction and documentation.
- Able to independently handle home financing transactions for sub-sale, auction, direct developer.
- Able to handle documentation for small estate matters.

Requirement:
- Between 2 to 3 years of experience.
- Able to work independently with very minimum supervision
- Good interpersonal skills
