Stamp Duty Exemption for Voluntary Inter Vivos Disposition Between Parent and Child / Grandparent and Grandchild

1. PUA176 - Loan < or = RM500K 


2. PUA177 - MOT < or = RM500K


3. PUA179 - Loan RM500,000-01 to RM1Mil (75% remission on stamp duty)


4. PUA180 - MOT RM500,000-01 to RM1Mil (75% remission on stamp duty)
